By downloading or using MealTrackPro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who May Use MealTrackPro

You must be at least 13 years old to use MealTrackPro. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

MealTrackPro may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed through the App Store and RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

5. Use of the App

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to MealTrackPro are owned by Bugrahan Gulculer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

7. Health Disclaimer

MealTrackPro is designed to help you log meals and track nutrition. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant dietary or health changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

MealTrackPro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bugrahan Gulculer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UAE.
